Terms of service
How we work, what you get, what you pay and what we do and don't promise. Short, because it should be.
Quotes and scope
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for the scope described. Anything beyond that is quoted in writing before work begins. You will never receive an invoice for work you did not agree to.
Payment
Website builds are typically 50% to start and 50% on completion before launch. Monthly SEO is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with one month's notice.
Your content
You confirm you own or have permission to use the text, images and logos you supply. We will not publish anything we believe infringes someone else's rights.
Ownership
On final payment, the website and its content are yours. Your domain is registered in your name. Third-party platforms and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.
Revisions
Each build includes a round of revisions on the design and content. Substantial changes of direction after sign-off are quoted separately.
What we don't guarantee
We cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, enquiry volumes, or placement in any AI answer engine — nobody can. We guarantee the work described, done properly, and honest reporting on results.
Hosting, domains and third parties
Hosting, domain and email costs are paid directly to those providers and are subject to their terms and uptime. We are not liable for outages or price changes outside our control.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom and the courts of the UK have jurisdiction.
Questions about any of this? Ask us through the contact form. These terms should be reviewed against your final registered business details before launch.
