Leaflets & digital design

Leaflets, flyers and images that match your website.

Most small businesses end up with a decent website and then a leaflet that looks like it came from somewhere else entirely. Same fonts, same colours, same wording — that's how a small business starts looking established.

In short
We design leaflets, flyers, social media graphics and digital photo work for UK small businesses. You get print-ready PDFs for your printer and correctly sized images for your website, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. fixed quote, no monthly design retainer.

What we design

Everything here is design and artwork only — you keep the files and can reprint or reuse them whenever you want.

Why we offer it

We build and run photo and image products of our own, so this isn't a bolt-on service we outsource. Pimp My Photos is our own photo transformation platform — upload, styles, pricing, checkout and delivery — and the same eye for what a photo needs before it goes in front of a customer goes into your leaflets and website images.

It also fixes a real SEO problem. Huge, badly prepared photos are one of the most common reasons a small-business website loads slowly on mobile, and slow mobile pages cost you enquiries and rankings.

Common questions

Do you print the leaflets as well?

No. We design print-ready artwork and send you the files, so you can use any printer you like and keep the cost down. We'll tell you the settings your printer will ask for.

What files do I get?

Print-ready PDF for anything going to a printer, plus JPG or PNG versions sized for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and your website.

Can you tidy up my existing photos?

Yes. Straightening, cropping, background clean-up, brightness and colour correction — the usual reasons a good photo of your work looks poor on a website.

Can it match my website?

That's the point. If we built your site, your leaflets and social graphics use the same fonts, colours and wording so everything looks like one business.

How much does it cost?

Design work is quoted per job once we know what you need — a single leaflet is a small job, a full set of leaflet, flyer, social graphics and tidied photos is a bigger one. Ask by email and you'll get a fixed quote before anything starts.

Need a leaflet, a set of social graphics or your photos sorted?

Email us what you need and roughly when you need it. You'll get a fixed price back, usually within one working day.

In more depth

The practical detail

Why does a mechanic design leaflets?

Our founder, Robert, trained as a motor mechanic. In a workshop, every part of an engine has to fit and work with the other parts. If it doesn't, the whole thing runs badly or breaks down. We see your business branding in exactly the same way.

Your website, your leaflets, your van livery, and your social media posts are all parts of one machine. When they share the same colours, fonts, and message, your business looks professional and trustworthy. When they don't, it looks disjointed. Our approach is built on this practical, workshop-based logic: good design isn't about being fancy, it's about making everything fit together and work properly.

From Screen to Print: Getting Colours Right

Ever had something printed and the colours looked dull or just plain wrong? This usually happens because computer screens and commercial printers use completely different systems for colour. Screens create colours with light (RGB), while printers use ink on paper (CMYK).

We handle this technical step for you. We design in the correct CMYK colour space from the start, ensuring the files we send your printer are properly prepared. It means the vibrant blue or red you see on your screen won't turn into a muddy, disappointing version on your printed leaflet. It's a small detail that makes a huge difference to the final quality.

What makes good leaflet copy?

People scan leaflets in seconds, they don't read them like a book. The key is to be direct. Focus on one main service or offer and make that your headline. Forget long, winding paragraphs and use short sentences or bullet points to list the key benefits or features.

Most importantly, tell the reader exactly what to do next. This is your 'call to action'. Whether it's 'Call for a free quote', 'Visit our website to see more', or 'Scan to book', make it a clear, simple instruction. Don't forget the essentials: your business name, phone number, and website address must be easy to find.

Your 'Digital Toolbox' of Finished Assets

When we complete your design project, you don't just get one file. We provide you with a full set of digital assets—a toolbox for your marketing. You receive the master print-ready PDF that any print shop can use without issue. Alongside that, you get the same design perfectly cropped and sized for different uses.

This includes versions for Facebook posts, Instagram, and for sending easily via WhatsApp or email. We'll also provide correctly sized logo files for you to use everywhere, so you can stop using that blurry screenshot from your website. It’s about having the right tool for the right job, ready to go.

Visualise It Before You Commit

Putting graphics on your van or paying for a new shop sign is a significant expense. It's something you want to get right the first time. That's why we offer mock-ups for vehicles and signage.

Just send us a clear photo of your van, shopfront, or premises. We'll then digitally place your new design onto the photo, creating a realistic preview of how it will look in the real world. This simple step allows you to see potential problems, tweak the layout, and feel confident in your decision before you spend a penny with a sign-writer. It's a cheap way to avoid a costly mistake.
